Privacy notice
Draft for launch — to be reviewed against the Australian Privacy Principles before taking payments.
What we collect
- Account: email address, optional display name, chosen pathway and your contact preference.
- Practice data: diagnostic answers and results, essays you choose to save, interview self-assessments.
- Enquiries: email, optional first name, pathway, message and your consent to be contacted.
We do not ask for, and you should not provide, medical or other sensitive information. Anonymous diagnostic attempts are not stored on our servers.
Why we use it
To run your dashboard, reply to enquiries you send, and (only with your consent) tell you about launch plans. We don't sell personal information.
Students under 18
Many applicants are school students. We keep data to a minimum. If you are under 18, please make sure a parent or guardian knows you're using the service.
Security
Data is stored with access controls so each student can only see their own practice records. Staff access to enquiries is restricted to authorised administrators.
Your choices & deletion
You can delete your saved practice data from your dashboard at any time and request full account deletion. You can also contact us.
Analytics
The site is prepared for privacy-respecting analytics of funnel events (e.g. diagnostic started/finished). No third-party tracking script is currently active.
Location
We are Australian-facing and available worldwide. Data may be processed by our cloud providers outside Australia.
